Tang & Sass is a small-batch bakery in Belmont, North Carolina, specializing in artisan sourdough breads, pastries, and handcrafted chocolates. Founded by certified executive pastry chef and chocolatier Tanya Beauvais, who brings over 15 years of pastry mastery,
the bakery offers a range of products made with traditional methods and the finest seasonal ingredients.

Customers can find Tang & Sass products at local farmer's markets and the Bread Studio located at 7005 Wilkinson Blvd, Suite L, Belmont, NC 28012.
